Build with Purpose tailors its fees to each project and pay is varied based on project milestones (i.e. securing financing, municipal approvals, construction start, project completion, etc.), scope of work, and Build with Purpose’s specific role in the project. Our fees are also based on various phases of a project, e.g. feasibility, predevelopment, and development.
However, unlike traditional development partners, Build with Purpose works with partnering organizations to create real estate projects with an impact beyond just the “bricks and sticks.” Our mission and model include developing a framework for how a real estate project can also have a lasting impact on the social, economic and environmental vitality of a community.
