    The CD Spill  is an online community developed and maintained by Build with Purpose, Inc.  a full service non-profit real estate development and consulting firm with a mission to build sustainable organizations and healthy, vibrant communities.

    Build with Purpose was created in 2003, to meet the specific and unique real estate needs of the non-profit sector.

    We are committed to helping other non-profits build strong real-world communities through innovative real estate development. We’ve done much to develop  school facilities, affordable and  supportive housing and nonprofit centers

    Garden State Schools Initiative: Increasing access to healthy foods by establishing school gardens, assisting with healthier school lunches and connecting schools with their community’s health and nutrition resources.

    Bringing Knowledge & Tools to the Nonprofit Sector

    Workshops and Special Events: Providing direct guidance to organizations throughout the year through roundtables, workshops, and webinars on facility options, financing, lending, leases, and real estate options.

    Young Community Development Professionals Association: Encouraging partnerships and connectivity in the broader community development field though an organized group of young community development professionals.
